
Chicken Piccata with Capers
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs capers
- 2 teas. minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. fresh ground pepper
- 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti
- 2 tbs chopped fresh flat leaf parsley and lemon slices for garnish
