We are officially homeowners! It feels pretty surreal, settlement went as smooth as can be (even after being totally sleep deprived after getting called into work at 2am...gotta love being on call the night before closing :))
I feel a little overwhelmed with the amount of work to be done this week with painting, packing, and moving...but as Lew says: one day at a time.
God has been so faithful! Can't wait to move in this week!

The photos are so cute! I'm so bummed I cannot come help you guys this weekend but you know I'm with you in spirit. See you next month. AND LAURA - Rome was not built in a day! Don't go into overdrive trying to get everything done right away. One of the most enduring lessons to homeowner is that you're NEVER done renovating and decorating your home. There is always something to do. :-)
